So, How Many Of This Generations Systems Do You Own Whats Your Favorite

I only have a Wii. If I had the money, I might buy a PS3 or an X-Box 360.

In our home we have a WII (this is cool) and a PS2. Some where (in storage) I know we have a Super Nintendo and an Odessey (are you old enough to remember that one?!). I think it would be cool to have a 'Video Game Center' where people can come in a play different generations of video games...from the ealier PONG to the latest and greatest (and everything in between)! What is the earliest gen system you ever played? What is your favorite system and game? [kingcrapper]
It's hard to say, really. It's become such a huge industry since the introduction of the NES. You're right, arcades aren't as profitable in this day and age, with the internet and the ability to pirate games. [Marcola]

I curretnly have a PS2. I used to play it all the time, but I haven't played it in a while though. I'd like to get a Wii. I like the idea of playing games & getting some excersize at the same time. Excellent invention LOL. [robsbrooklyngirl]
You should get one. It's a worthwhile investment. [Marcola]

We have: Original Nintendo(flaky at best, now that it's old as dirt) Sega Genesis(just sitting around) Xbox 360 Playstation 2 and 3 we are getting a Wii and a Xbox 360 Elite in the next few months. As you can tell, my boyfriend and I both play a lot of games. The new one that I really enjoy is Call of Duty 4. With Xbox Live, it makes for an awesome experience. [Adelida2233]
That's cool to have all those systems! Don't care much for the older systems, huh? [Marcola]

In my house, I have a xbox, gamecube, and nitendo 64. It's ok I think but I really wish that I had a Wii. It looks fun. [laquitta16]
I have a Gamecube and Nintendo 64, too. Yeah, you should get a Wii. [Marcola]

I own the original chunky grey Gameboy from the early nineties. I got that when I was six years old. And there is no way I'd sell that. I also own a Sega Genesis. I got that when I was six or seven. I still like playing that Sonic game. I also have a N64, which I got when I was ten years old. That Mario game is so awesome. And it's way better than the new Mario games, in my own honest opinion. And finally, I have a Playstation 2, which I received when I was fifteen years old. I guess I got lucky with everything that I have. And I'm never selling any of them. I may not be a gamer, but it's nice to know that I have 'toys' laying around for me to play with. [Xdrowninghavocx]
You're best off not selling them, because you'd only get a fraction of what you paid for them. You'd also regret selling them. At least, that's what happened with me, but I guess I'm a hardcore gamer. [Marcola]

I have a PS2, Nintendo DS. I would like a Wii and a PS3, but I don't have the money to get them. The Wii and PS3 seems cool. [Sanoko]
DS is cool. I'd buy a DS lite, but I read a rumor about a new DS coming out this year, so I might hold off for awhile. It's hard to play a DS phat outside on a sunny day! [Marcola]

I currently own an X-box and a Nintendo 64,and I am happy with both of them, except my X-box tends to have a lot of problems at times, and I hope to one day get an X-box 360,because it looks cool and it has several games that I want that I cant get for X-box. [hellcowboy]
Yeah it seems like most of the games for the Nintendo 64 are hard to find, and I might try looking into ebay to see if I can find it. [hellcowboy]

I have a Wii, Xbox 360 and a PS3. Personally the PS3 is my favorite. The Xbox 360 doesn't play all Xbox games. Which kinda ticks me off because it just doesn't make much sense why it won't. I mean the PS3 plays all original Playstation games and PS2 games and PS3 games. Then the Xbox 360 controller drives me insane. I'll be sitting there watching a dvd and if it's over I have to turn the controller back on. I don't like the fact that you have to turn it on anyways. You don't have to do that with any of the Playstation controllers. I hope this helps you at least a little. [reene0225]
That's good that PS3 plays PS2 and original Playstation games. I've been tempted to buy a PS2 because I'd like to get those older Smackdown vs. Raw games. Three games for $30! I hear the older versions are pretty good. [Marcola]

I havent played wii,ps3or X-box, i really want to buy one,but i have no money.i will buy one while i have money .perhaps that day wii,ps3 and x-box were old-fashion. [leebob]
You might have to wait awhile, because they're all still pretty expensive, especially that Playstation 3. [Marcola]

Had a 360 since day one, will get the other 2 consoles if my wallet allows. [SSJunhao]
Never really played a 360. [Marcola]

My husband and I have a PlayStation 2 and a Nintendo Wii. I also have a Nintendo DS Lite. We did have a GameCube, but we gave it to my brother because it's not needed since we have the Wii, and can use it to play all of our GameCube games. [Kecia08]
That's cool. I wish I had a DS Lite. The good thing about Gamecube though, is the Game Boy Player which allows you to play nearly every Gameboy game ever made. Also, I worry less about my Gamecube games getting scratched if I put them in my Gamecube. Plus, it's less noisy, but I still love my Wii and Gamecube! [Marcola]

I got a xbox 360 and I'm satisfied with that unless it was to break. They have been known to be fragile. If it does I'm going to buy a ps3 because it probably won't break. Sony has durable products. [elmiko]
Interesting that you say that. I've heard some people say they've been through several PS2s, because they were so fragile. Maybe your experiences have been more positive? [Marcola]
