Well technically, Mario's Time Machine was the first game I beat. Although, that game isn't like the traditional Mario games and is pretty easy. It's an educational game so I don't really count that. I did beat Donkey Kong Country that same year, though, which I'd consider my first game beaten. Ah yes, a much more challenging game that was...

The first game I beat was... NBA Basketball for N64. Something like that. I forgot. =p The first real satisfaction I gained when I beat a game was from Megaman X, SNES. I went back to the classics. xP [eoeoeo]
MegaMan X is a really good game. [Marcola]
The first game I have ever beat would be The matrix reloaded. I beat that game in like a month. [sassygirlanne007]
Never played that one. sad [Marcola]
the 1st game i ever beat was Superman for the Atari 2600. i could win it in 2 minutes and 12 seconds. no one has ever beat me in my family. [GigglesGrobanite]
Golden Eye 007 for N64 was probably the first one i beat, or at least remember finishing. [adobe4578]
Did you beat it at 007 rank? (The highest difficulty.) If you did, my hat's off to you. I'm stuck at the silo stage, I believe. Not sure if it's medium or hard difficulty.. [Marcola]
Well..the first game ive ever beaten was fallout 2 on the pc when i was a kid in the fourth grade..but the thing is i was using a trainer so i kinda cheated..hehe...the first game i've been beaten fair and square would have to be the commander keen games from Id games..by the way i still play fallout 2 today after almost a decade since i first bat it (with a trainer cheat haha) [wilmyr420]
Hmmm...haven't played either of those games. [Marcola]
super contra is the first game that i finished. thanks to the 30 lives coz they don't have the option to continue during that time. next was donkey kong. thanks to the save option. & for the games with the option to save & continue, i finisehd metal gear solid 2 sons of liberty. ;) [borgborg]
Hmm...haven't played that one. Hopefully, it'll be available on the Wii Shop channel at some point. I've played a little bit of Contra III and I think there's an extra lives code for it, but I haven't tried it. I like to complete a game without using an extra lives code as much as possible. Are you referring to Donkey Kong Country or the original Donkey Kong game? [Marcola]
Super Mario Bros 1 - coz it was the only game i had when i was a kid. a freebie from nintendo hahaha [crixiegreen]
for NES. check these links: http://nesfami.com.ar/reviews/circuscharlie/flyer.jpg http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circus_Charlie its a cute game. [crixiegreen]
The first game I beat is Pokemon! [izzuyasha]
The first Pokemon game I beat is Blue. Then I finished Yellow,Silver,Gold and Ruby.I was a Pokemaniac at that time.If you want to finish the game faster, just focus on leveling up only 4-6 pokemon throughout the game. You'll only have 6 strong pokemon throughout the game, but if you have the right balance, every fight should be easy. [izzuyasha]
i have finish playing final fantasy 4 cds, it is so great i never taught that i will finish it but i did it. but when i get marriage i never ever beat 1 single game, it is so funny but life just like that. [mulau2u]
Do you mean the one for Playstation or Game Boy Advance? [Marcola]
The first video game I ever beat was the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. It was the first game to hold my attention that long. Since then I've been a faithful LoZ fan and I collect the games. [spiderhunter]
They're good games. [Marcola]
My first game that I beat was Super Mario 64. Both normally beat and completely (collect all 120 stars) It took a few months for me because I was six. I was so proud of myself. I also immediately found the glitch on top of the castle where you go through it. I thought that was part of the game though. Very good game, one of the all time bests. [RiddleTom]
Hmm..it took me a few years to get all of the stars, but I guess I wasn't playing it the whole time. For me to beat the game normally, I beat it in less than three months after I got the game. [Marcola]
I have been playing video games a long while but not so much anymore recently so for the first game i ever beat hmmm... i really cant say but it was probably something for the playstation one platform. [ChrisH09]
Well...The first game i ever beat was Contra, when i was about 4 or 5 years old, I used cheat to add my life to 30, that's pretty easy. but i am only a kid. ps...the hardest game i ever beat is megaman 1 on NES, when i was 8 or 9, i played it everyday, at last i beat, i will never forget that game, megaman series is great! [vampirefcy]
Most of my Atari games were the kind that were more or less never-ending, so I cannot remember if I beat any of them or not. However, right after that came NES and the first Mario Brothers game on it I recall beating. [ArsonCuff]
I am not completely sure what the first game I ever beat was but I think it was either Donkey Kong 64,Perfect Dark,Rainbow Six,Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, which are all for the Nintendo 64,I think there are a few others that I beat around the same time as I beat those, but I can not remember the names but I do remember they were all a lot of fun.
